How to get started
Three steps. We handle the rest.
Send an inquiry
Share your name and the best way to reach you using our New Patient Inquiry form. That’s all we need to begin.
We reach out
A member of our team will follow up to talk through your needs, answer your questions, and cover scheduling and payment details.
Begin care
Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation — typically about 60 minutes — and by the end you’ll have a clear plan and next steps.
Who we serve
We provide outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults located in Massachusetts.
- Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Medication management with ongoing follow-up
- Brief psychotherapy and psychoeducation
- Coordination with therapists and primary care providers
How telehealth works
All appointments are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll receive a link before your visit that works on any computer, tablet, or smartphone.
- A device with a camera and microphone
- A stable internet connection
- A private, quiet space to talk
- You must be physically in Massachusetts during your visit
Insurance & payment
We currently operate on a private pay / self-pay basis. Insurance credentialing is underway with major Massachusetts plans, and we’ll update patients as panels open.
Psychiatric services are an eligible expense under most HSA and FSA plans. Pricing details are shared when we reach out to schedule.
Your first appointment
The initial evaluation is thorough and unhurried — we review your history, current concerns, and goals together.
- About 60 minutes for the initial evaluation
- Follow-ups are typically 30 minutes
- Clear treatment plan by the end of the first visit
- Records can be sent to info@healingpathwaysmh.com
